The Amy Biehl Foundation is proud to be associated with Eugene Brookes as he undertakes an epic journey through Chile in a 20 day cycle tour. Curt Warrin will be documenting the tour which will start at Arica in the north of Chile, down the coast to Vina del Mar in October 2010 in a partnership which aims to raise funds and awareness of the organisation.

Eugene has completed two such epic journeys through Cuba and Morocco in 2003 and 2008 respectively, and is now hoping to share his experiences with the youth. The ultimate vision is to bring together youth organisations and adventure stores under a collaborative partnership in order to lift the profile of outdoor activities with the youth in the townships.

On conclusion of the tour they will do motivational talks to the children in our programmes, visit youth organisations and schools, sharing their passion for the sport and outdoor activities and create awareness of other cultures.
